How long will it take for my order to arrive?
On average, it takes 7-10 business days to receive your package. Some package will arrive soon and some may arrive a little later. Please be patient.
It could take up to twelve days to receive your package.
Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holidays. .
Do you provide a tracking number? How do I check the status of my order?
As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately add that information to your order as well as email it to you.
You can check the status of your order, by login in your Ajdreams account, under "my account info"
Remember, we will not receive this information untill your order has arrived within your continent, so if you are located in the United Kingdom,
we may not receive it untill 2-3 days AFTER your order has been processed. Please be patient.

Do you have any stores or locations I can come pick up my order?
No. Ajdreams.net is only a web business and does not have any retail outlets or locations..
What if my shoes, or my size, are suddently out of stock?
In the event your size or your requested item is not in stock, we will email you to pick up any other items, or issue you a refund and we will add 10USD credit to your
AJdreams.net account. .
I made a mistake with my order and its status says Shipped, what should I do?
At this point the item has already left and we can not make changes to the order. Please wait untill you receive your item, then login to your account and fill out a Return Request. You can find the Return Request form by logging into your account, beside your order there is a "Return" button.You can also contact us
by filling out our contact us form .
The returned ITEMS must be in the unworn condition..
Is My Credit Card Payment to AJdreams.net Secure?

Do You Carry Sizes Greater than 12 or Smaller then 8.5?
We mainly carry sizes 8-12 in US Men´s as listed on our site. If the size you are looking for is not listed on our site, then unfortunately we are unable to get that size.
