Prize Description: All prizes come from AJ Dreams stock items, and a new prize is displayed each month.
The Prize Draw promotion is sponsored by, AJ Dreams.
1. One winner of AJ Dreams will be selected by random, drawn from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Void where prohibited.
2. A new Prize Draw starts on the 1st day of each month and the deadline for entries is the last day of the preceding month.
3. To be eligible to enter the contest you must have an active account or create one with AJ Dreams via My Account, (this is to help prevent spam bot entries.) All accounts remain active for 12 months before being purged from our system. All current accounts are automatically entered each month. No Purchase Necessary to Enter. After you login you will be able to view the prize draw information box in the right hand column.
4. The Contest is open only to residents of the Continental USA. Employees, officers and directors of AJ Dreams, their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

6. On or about the 1st of each month, AJ Dreams will randomly select one (1) winner from among all entrants. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days, and the potential winner must respond within seven (7) days or AJ Dreams will randomly draw a new winner.
7. The Prize has a retail value of the posted value as shown. All prizes come from AJ Dreams stock, and a new prize is displayed each month No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use.
8. Except where prohibited, participation in the Prize Draw Contest constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
9. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserve's the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by appropriate Your State Goes Here State Court located closest to AJ Dreams, Your State Goes Here; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Your State Goes Here, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Your State Goes Here or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Your State Goes Here.
