Shipping and Handling is FREE on ALL orders, WORLDWIDE.
That means there is NO extra cost for shipping!
If you live in New York it is FREE...
If you live in Germany it is FREE...
If you live in Brazil it is FREE...
If you live in Mexico it is FREE...

Shopping online can be an intimidating process for some or just plain confusing for others.
If you have ever purchased anything online from a website that did not have a clear and simple delivery process,
then you probably know the frustrations. Here at Ajdreams.net we appreciate your business and we want you to understand our
shipping process prior to placing an order so you can know when to expect your parcel. Below is the exact step AJdreams.net Staff takes when processing
your order.
Pending - Once you have made a payment with Paypal, your order is placed in Pending Status.
An Ajdreams.net agent will review your order and verify that your paypal info is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches
the address that the paypal statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified by an Ajdreams.net agent, your order will be elevated
to the next status. This process MAY (not always) take 2-3 business days.But its usually done under 24 hours
Processing - Your order has now been approved and we will now attempt to fill your order.
This process can take 2-3 business days to complete. Once we have filled your order, the status will be elevated again.
Awaiting Tracking - we have processed the batch of orders that yours
was in and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update
the status of your order to "Shipped".
Shipped -
At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number.
If you are located in the United States you can track your package at www.USPS.com.
Canada, please logon to www.canadapost.ca
If you are located elsewhere, then it is your country´s national courier. Shipping can take up to 12 business days to arrive.
However normally shipping to western europe and north american addresses is much quicker, under 8 days.
Other Possible Statuses:
Cancelled - If your order status is "Cancelled" this is because we were unable
to verify that your shipping address matches your billing address.
Returned - In the event that you request a return, once we receive your return we update the status of your order to
Returned and then issue a full refund.
Returns Policy
AJdreams.net accepts returns on most products. Please contact us before returning any products!
If you have a question about whether a product can be returned, please contact us before making your purchase.
When you contact us to return a product, you will be given a Returned Authorization or RA number, and the address that your return should be shipped to.
An RA number is required for all returns.
A return can be submitted within 7 days of your receiving the product.
Returns are subject of a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
To receive credit for a product return, the item must be in new, unused condition. Of course,
if a product is defective, we will replace the item at no cost.
Please contact us if you are unsure if your product qualifies.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange or return:
colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured,
shoes had minor color differences from the picture,
shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer),
I would rather have a different shoe,
Premature cancelation while in transit.
If your item was lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us so that we may resolve the matter with the carrier that shipped your order.
AJdreams.net is not responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was a mistake in your order on our part.
In the event that a mistake was made on our part, please contact us and we will arrange to have the item returned.
